Such background and experience allows us to provide a wide variety of construction services to our clients including:Hourly maintenance for managed projects. The company employs a team of experienced and skilled maintenance workers that are able to respond on an hourly basis to treat a variety of plumbing, electrical and project specific general repairs often at a cost lower than alternative vendors.Project Rehabilitation - the company has a broad experience in rehabbing multifamily and hotel/motel units having been involved in over 4,000 rehab units including redesign and modernization of kitchen, installation of laundry facilities and redesign of exteriors and landscaping.
