If you live in one of the HOA’s that we manage and you want to pay your monthly assessments automatically from your bank account via ACH transaction, you can now do that each month with NO transaction charge! To get started simply download the Auto Payment Enrollment form and return to us via email or regular mail and we will get the process started for you. If you want to use a credit card, that is fine too! We accept VISA, DISCOVER & MASTERCARD. Charges for credit card usage is 3% of the amount charged. Of course, we will confirm with you when your direct draws will begin and answer any questions you may have. Again, you can pay your monthly homeowner association assessments directly from your bank account with no charge to you! There is an Open Forum at regular meetings where homeowners can ask questions of the board? Check the agenda each meeting cycle for more information. The annual mailing that you receive contains important information such as insurance certifications that your lender may require each year. Please be sure to hold on to this information. There may be restrictions on changes you may want to make to the exterior of your home (including solar panels and satellite dishes). Always be sure to contact management prior to doing renovation work to the landscaping or exterior. If you own a condominium or townhome, you still need to maintain your own insurance on your unit.
